8. Intellectual Property
Our IP: All rights in our platform, AI models, software, and related materials remain the exclusive property of SeamlessOpsAI.
Client Data: Data and content uploaded by clients remain the client’s property.
AI Outputs: The AI-generated outputs produced through our installed services (e.g., leads, reviews, chatbot conversations) are for the client to use and own, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
You grant SeamlessOpsAI a limited license to use uploaded content solely to provide and improve our services (including model refinement).
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, uptime, or suitability for a particular purpose.
AI Output Responsibility: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.
Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeamlessOpsAI’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
10. Termination
User Termination: You may cancel your account and stop using our services at any time.
Company Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse.
Upon termination, your access to services ceases, and we may delete stored data unless required by law to retain it.
11. AI-Specific Use Policy
You may not use our AI services to create or distribute unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful content.
AI outputs must not be used in violation of privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.
We may implement fair use and API limits to protect system stability.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Denmark (or through arbitration if required by applicable law).
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our services. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
